REAP 2007 Action Plan
In the June 2006, during the General Assembly held in Gabon, the Assembly adopted resolution to commence the REAP Project starting from Gabon in 2007. The department was mandated to work out the details. Below is a proposed Action Plan and the Budget that will be put in place to actualize the takeoff of the project.
STRATEGIES:
- Research Teams mobilized, trained in Libreville and commissioned to access field need
- Strategic Consultations with the Gabon Leadership and the Executive Committee of CAAGA to deliberate on the proposal and budget for Reap 2007: Mission Gabon
- Mobilizing and training Short-Term Missionaries from Gabon and the assistance from other countries - volunteers Only
- Setting up a REAP 2007 Evangelism Taskforce, to plan and execute the Crusades in nine (9) regions, and 12 locations
- The Evangelism/Crusades taskforce and Strategic Church Planting Committee to work on both Taskforce and Saturation Evangelism and Strategic Church Planting respectively.
- Engagement of Short-term Missionaries, Pioneer Pastors, Evangelists & Church Workers for Church Planting and Follow-Up
- Using the Adopt-A-People Manual (AD2025PLAN) International Edition - Adoption of People Groups, Missions Fields, Evangelists and Missionaries - Mobilization Of Churches, individuals everywhere as Strategic partners to help Adopt all the People groups in Gabon and plant at least two (2) New Indigenous Churches.

Forty main towns of Gabon scattered in the 9 regions to be targeted for Saturation Evangelism are as follows:

However, not all shall be targeted for taskforce crusades because of limited resources. Only 12 locations have been selected for the taskforce crusades. More than 1000 persons will be engaged locally and from member countries to undergo missionary activity at their own expenses. The Missions Department shall be responsible only for 40 short term missionaries or 20 missionary couples fro six months. Those to be targeted for taskforce are listed in the table below.
